Ember and Oak Counseling, the Kingwood practice founded by licensed professional counselor associate Brittany Rucka, reaches one year in business in October and holds its in person sessions as walks along the Kingwood greenbelt trails in addition to virtual appointments, Community Impact reported. The practice opened October 7, 2025 and offers a free 15 minute consultation.
