Nearly 20 fewer homes sold across the six Lake Houston area ZIP codes in September than in the same month a year earlier, according to Community Impact’s monthly housing data report published Wednesday.
Median sale prices rose in three of the ZIP codes, 77338, 77339 and 77346. Homes also sold faster on average in 77338, 77346 and 77396. More than 70 percent of September sales in the area fell between $200,000 and $399,999.
The report covers the Humble, Kingwood, Atascocita and Fall Creek ZIP codes that make up this coverage area. Community Impact’s September report gives directional changes by ZIP code rather than full sales counts and dollar figures.
