HCA Houston Healthcare Kingwood has named Chase Christianson as its chief executive officer, Community Impact reported Friday, citing an October 15 news release from the hospital. The 451 bed acute care hospital at 22999 Hwy. 59 is the largest hospital serving the Lake Houston area, and its leadership is a matter of local interest in Kingwood, Humble and Atascocita.
Christianson comes to Kingwood from HCA Florida Gulf Coast Hospital, where he had been chief executive since November 2022. Before that he led Parham Doctors’ Hospital in Virginia and served as chief operating officer of HCA Florida Capital Hospital. Troy Villarreal, president of the HCA Healthcare Gulf Coast Division, described him in the release as an experienced HCA Healthcare leader.
