Crunch Fitness is building a 36,800 square foot gym at 4303 Kingwood Drive, Suite 200, in Kingwood, according to Community Impact, which reported the project from a state construction filing.
The filing puts the cost of the work at about $1.2 million, with construction expected to begin October 10 and finish in late March 2027. No opening date was listed in the filing.
