Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo, who is not on the November ballot, told ABC13 she will not vote for Precinct 4 Commissioner Lesley Briones, a fellow Democrat, citing disagreements with Briones over a child care funding proposal and county spending. Hidalgo said she supports Democratic county judge candidate Letitia Plummer and would not say whether she would vote for Briones’ Republican opponent. ABC13 reports that Briones’ office and campaign did not respond to its request for comment.
