Community Impact has published a Q&A with the two candidates for Harris County Treasurer on the November 3 ballot, Marc Cowart and incumbent Carla L. Wyatt. The questionnaire covers the county’s biggest financial challenge, transparency in the treasurer’s office and county investments. One of the two candidates had not responded by press time.
